Let us take care of the setup for your event. Campus Catering delivers a wide range of delicious options for breakfast, lunch, or refreshments. All of our deliveries come with fully compostable serviceware, napkins, plates, and cups.
We deliver between 6 a. m. and 6 p. m., Monday through Saturday. Please ensure that our staff will have access to the room and the building by the start of the “delivery window” indicated by Campus Catering on your Event Order.
We recommend placing orders at least two weeks in advance. If catering is needed on short notice, please contact our event planning office by phone for assistance. All orders will be billed for a minimum of 10 guests plus a $20 delivery fee. Menus (not including “a la carte”) selected for groups of less than 10 will have a $2.00pp small party fee added. Delivered events carry a 10 percent service charge. Deliveries to off-campus locations may incur additional fees.
There is a return pick-up fee of $20 for retrieval of non-disposable items. Additional return pick-up fees will be applied for each return trip we make to retrieve non-disposable items.
We ask that increases, decreases, or cancellations be made at least 72 hours (3 business days) prior the event. Counts cannot be decreased within 72 hours of your event due to staffing levels set and products ordered.
All deliveries include the necessary serviceware for your event. We offer compostable serviceware with every delivery. All plates, cutlery, napkins, and cups can be sent to Penn State’s composting facility for disposal. If your venue doesn’t offer compost receptacles, we can provide them at an additional charge. We also offer black plastic disposable serviceware in place of compostable serviceware for an additional fee.
Guests are not permitted to take any leftover accompaniments, condiments, or paper products from catered event deliveries.
