PROMOTIONAL EVENTS

The Rolling Lion is a unique food service operation that can help you promote various University initiatives by utilizing the food truck’s scheduled campus location on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Fridays 11:00am-2:00pm. The truck can also be booked on Saturdays but requires a menu cost minimum. Setup rates are based on a 3-hour service window.

The Rolling Lion food truck will produce the amount of products based on a guaranteed count provided by the group 72 hours prior to the event. This will be the amount that the group will be billed for, regardless of products consumed. Any coupons provided by the group must be approved by the Rolling Lion food truck at least one week in advance of the event, and must contain language that specifies a valid date for the promotion.  

University and state health code policies: The group is not permitted to take left-over food, beverages, serviceware, or other supplies with them post-event. Groups are not permitted to supply their own food or beverages at any event for which the Rolling Lion provides service.

All special events will require location approval, and must be held on University Park property. University and state health code policies: The group is not permitted to take left-over food, beverages, serviceware, or other supplies with them post-event. Catered-style Minimums:

$13.99 Per Person Rate will be applied to any Catered-style food truck special event

Catered-style food truck events require a 50 Person Minimum (with final guest counts due 3 business days prior to event)

Service Fee 18%

3-Hour Service Window

Add $125/Hour for Additional Service Window

 

Retail-style Minimums:

$1200 Sales Receipt Minimum will be applied to any Retail-style food truck special event. If sales are not met, the group will be responsible for the difference.
