The Rolling Lion Food Truck

New to Campus Catering is the Rolling Lion Food Truck. Host a special event with a fun, delicious menu served from the Rolling Lion… or join us at the truck for lunch Tuesday through Thursday.

The Rolling Lion food truck is Campus Catering’s newest outdoor special event dining experience to serve University Park. Hosts can select the truck’s current seasonal menu or can opt for a fully customized menu. The truck will be available seasonally for special events from May through November. The Rolling Lion food truck can also be rented as an add-on catering station to a Campus Catering menu. Beyond special events, the food truck is also available on-campus as a retail dining option.

Hours of Operation: 11:00am-2:00pm

Accepts Campus Meal Plan, Lion Cash, and credit cards. No cash.
